We are still making repairs on the internal parts of the network that are damaged. If you have reported your service being out we will call you when we have your area working and try to reboot if yours is still down. If service is not restored at that point the dispatcher will inform you of what we plan to do next. Phone services are not out in any mass area that we know of at this time. If you report phone service out we will send a repairman ASAP.
